HDC Corporation">

Company Description:
In the heart of the Silicon Valley, HDC Corporation is dedicated to better health for patients who need intravenous infusion, regional anesthesia or specialty medical diagnostics. HDC's vascular access products include top-of the line silicone catheters, whether Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (also known as PICC), Midline catheters, Tunneled Catheters or Implantable Chemo-Ports. Silicone is the preferred material bacause it is completely biocompatible. In addition, HDC has a full line of Regional Anesthesia products starting with the Nerve Locator; the custom made insulated needles come in various bevels and sizes. A special feature is the CLA kit, a regional anesthesia kit for pre and post operative pain management, made up of a insulated Tuohy needle and a polyurethane catheter that can remain in place for up to 72 hours after the surgery for anesthetic infusion. The patient no longer needs to be knocked out and can start physical therapy right after surgery because the catheter is not in the way of their movements.
